First time logging in?
Follow these steps:
- Log in with user username and temporary password.
- Your user name is the email address you have on file with CSG.
- Your temporary password is the one that was mailed to you from the CSG office with your membership card, located on your welcome letter. For questions or trouble logging in, please call the office at 860-569-0002 or email csginc@csginc.org.
Note: You must initially log in before the “Forgot Password”
feature will work. Emails from the website may go to a Junk/SPAM folder to start. - When you are logged in to the Member Home page, click Edit Profile to change your password,
