The Connecticut Society of Genealogists, Inc. presents

“Analysis and Correlation: A Case Study on a Family the Enumerator ‘Missed’ ” with Peggy Clemens Lauritzen, AG, FOGS

Register for Zoom Meeting:

One of the elements of the Genealogical Proof Standard is analyzing your information and documentation and correlating it with other known facts. Does the research trail end when you can’t find the family?

This class presents a case study that was used in a First Families of Ohio application. It particularly drills deeper into census research when an ancestor was supposedly missed. By correlating the missing information with known information.

Peggy has been giving lectures from 1998 to the present. She has lectured at Ambassador, RootsTech, is an Ancestry Academy Instructor, APG PMC, BYU Family History Conference, FGS, GRIP, Legacy Family Tree Webinars, National Genealogical Society, NERGC, OGS Conference, SLIG, and Southern California Genealogical Society webinars.
