2013 NERGC Conference - Call for Volunteers
The Connecticut Society of Genealogists need your help to make the 2013 NERGC conference a success. As a sponsoring organization, CSG is required to provide at least 20 hours of volunteer service hours during the conference.
Please contact the Connecticut Society of Genealogists at email@example.com to volunteer today.
Please tell us the task(s), day(s) and time(s) you want to volunteer. Some of the volunteer opportunities available are:
Hall Traffic Control
Session Door monitor (must be registered attender or planning to register)
Introduce a Speaker (must be registered attender or planning to register)
Evaluations before and after sessions
Society Fair Assistance
Meal or Hosted Meal Ticket Collection (must be registered attender or planning to
Audio Visual (need a general of computers, LCD projectors, and A/V is recommended)
If you are bringing a spouse, family member or friend along for the ride, please ask if they'll help out as well. They don't have to be registered except for the tasks noted above.

For more information on the conference or to register go to www.NERGC.org. The early registration price of $110 ends on 28 February 2013. After that date the registering may be difficult as space fills up fast. The price will be $135.
I will forward your name and email address to the NERGC volunteer coordinator who will in turn contact you to confirm and log your hours for CSG.
